Can anyone recommend a good Iron supplement for me?

I have low iron levels (yet again) and needing a supplement but wondered if any of you have recommendations for one? Preferably liquid iron as I don't manage pills unless they're tiny.

Luckystar777. I am so sorry that you are not improving. Perhaps you should see your doctor again.
I have been buying lambs liver in M&S. their packets of it are just right for two. I have also bought it in Sainsburys and they seem to sell it in bigger packs which I find are usually too much for us. Sometimes the butcher has it. It is quite cheap and the bacon is the most expensive part of it. I should imagine other supermarkets do it if you ask. I believe Ialso got it in Waitrose on one occasion.

Do hope things improve soon as you sound really poorly.

Thanks @HappydaysArehere yes I'm definitely going to make an appointment to see the doctor again. Last time I was given a supplement but I remember now it did take a few months to be feeling normal again. Thanks for your help :)
