Adult bed wetting

Name changed for this as I'm a regular poster and I feel so embarrassed.

Last night I wet the bed. I'm not talking just a little bit either, I mean properly wet the bed.

I never did this as a child and I feel so confused as to why this would happen. I had no idea I'd even done it until I woke up and was soaking.

Has anyone experienced this before? I'm really concerned about it

Not happened to me but did happen to a close friend - turns out she was diabetic, perhaps you should see a doctor if this is unusual for you?

If you weren't drinking, you probably should go to go to get checked out. Could it be a UTI or kidney problems?

I would go to the GP as an urgency. UTIs can cause this, as can kidney infections and diabetes.
