Feel so down and hopeless about everything

I don't know what to do anymore. I'm only still here because of my kids

This was me this morning but I met a good friend who listened to me and it's really helped getting things off my chest. Want to tell us about it?

What's bothering you OP?

I have diagnosed anxiety and OCD and can't seem to get that sorted.
I was supposedly highly intelligent at school and university but can't seem to maintain any sort of career and can't cope mentally and currently making all sorts of mistakes at work. I'm not as good at it as I think I should be.
Then at home I'm always tired and the kids squabble and I'm always cleaning, and washing and cooking

I just feel that I'm worthless and crap and life is just endless drudgery that is never going to get better
