If you have a cleaner

I’m disabled and had a new cleaner start today. We had agreed to a deep clean today as it’s a while since I had a cleaner, then two hours a week. It’s a one bed flat.

She finished the deep clean in approx half the time she said she needed (she’s only billed for the time she was here).

She hasn’t emptied the bins or cleaned the microwave. Would you have expected her to do that?

Yes absolutely

She should have stayed for the booker time and done all of that and if she wasn’t sure she should have asked you for exact instructions

No to bins. Yes to microwave but only if you specifically asked. My cleaner will do interiors of things as extras if I leave her a note.
