Even though this is my second child it's been 12 years since my last, I'm terrified of going into labour (I don't like to be touched)

Even going to see the midwife or scan is stressful I'm now 29 weeks and my anxiety is through the roof terrified of giving birth because I don't like being touched, I don't want a birthing partner and the minimum amount of staff in the room as I find it all very embarrassing am I the only one

Have you been able to share this with your midwife? Your feelings about this are massively important and you would undoubtedly benefit from one to one care with a midwife you know and trust. You are not alone with these feelings, but unless the team responsible for your care know they cannot support you well.
