Savoury pancake filling

What do other people put in their pancakes? I need inspiration! I'd happily just eat lemon/sugar/syrup bit DH has weird ideas about the children needing to eat something vaguely healthy... Pff!

I’ve mixed in some spinach leaves into the batter before frying, filled them with cottage cheese with chives, covered with cheese sauce and baked in oven, was lovely!

I’m going with a token main course of homemade soup tomorrow, to leave lots of room for pancakes after.

We had pancakes today (working late tomorrow). Savoury ones with combos of cream cheese, roasted peppers, garlic mushrooms, spinach, tomato, ham and grated cheese. Then sweet ones with ice cream and chocolate sauce!
