Cheese and beans or tuna and cheese?

Jacket potato in the oven, not long to make up my mind.

So what's it to be, cheese and beans or tuna mayo and cheese?

When DC and I have baked potatoes we always have tuna, cheese and beans... why choose?!

Oh and the cheese always goes on after the butter with beans on top which melts the cheese in to the potato beautifully. Tuna goes on the side!

Cheese and beans.

Eggs are great with baked potatoes. Bake the potato, cut in half lengthwise. Make a hole in one and break an egg into it. Add salt and pepper. Put any excess in the other half, add some crispy bacon or chives and then bake for 10 mins.
