How to make friends and keep them?

I can make friends easily enough but after time they do something to annoy me and I just drift away then. How can I stop this habit? I have zero real friends because of this.

What things have they done that annoy you? (Are they things that are worth getting annoyed about? )

No probably not but I just can't help myself drift from them when it happens
