Term time job or not - WWYD?

I currently have a term time job, school hours. It's very boring, the team can be a bit bitchy and there's no real potential to grow, plus it's not in the area I've always worked in so I feel a bit like I'm losing skills. BUT it is perfect for my DD (age 7) as I can do all school drop offs and pick ups and am obviously around in the holidays for her (my DH has a longish commute so isn't around for drop offs and pick ups).

However, in a moment of boredom, I applied for a part-time non-term time job and have now been offered the job. It's way more interesting than my current job with much more potential and in my previous area of work but now I'm panicking about holiday time and also drop offs and pick upd and not being around for my DD. We don't have any family help nearby and there are a few holiday clubs though not many - her school does have breakfast club and after school club though. Has anyone moved from a term time job to a non-term-time one? Am I mad to consider it, from the point of view of ease and childcare? Should I just suck up the boredom etc for the next few years until DD is a bit older? Any help appreciated! Smile
