Defrosted fish - how long?

Stupidly got fish out the freezer on Friday and put it in the fridge and I just forgot about it.
Tomorrow is too late to cook it, right?

I’d go two days max - so tonight I’m afraid. Can you not quickly cook now and freeze/have in the next couple of days reheated?
