Help! Mini pill question

Hello, I’m 6 days late for my period, I was meant to start taking zelleta at the beginning of the month but I only ended up taking 5 days worth of pills, could this have stopped my period for this month even though I stopped taking them over two weeks ago? Any information would be really helpful

It could certainly affect your cycle. Why did you stop taking it?

Did you use protection throughout! It takes two weeks to be effective as a contraceptive usually.

No it doesnt. Takes 2 days for a mini pill to be effective

I was having some tests for endemetriosis and was told it would help with the symptoms if it turned out I had it, I ended up talking with my sister who does have it and she said if anything it made hers worse. I’ve also never reacted very well to hormonal contraceptives so decided it wasn’t for me. Thanks for the replies. Hopefully it’s just made my period a bit later and it will turn up eventually. I’ve done 4 tests and all negative
