Weirdest thing you've ever pulled out of your washing machine (potentially disgusting)

My sisters washing machine packed up on Friday, so I've done some washing for her, BiL and 2 teenage nieces this weekend.

I unloaded the washing machine to put stuff on the airer this morning and pulled out a disposable sanitary towel... (I feel like I need to confirm it's not a reusable one)

I don't know if it was used.
Who it came from.
I'm also not sure I want to mention it to my sister.

So, to make me feel like my family isn't completely disgusting. What weird things have you pulled out of your washing machine?

Squid tentacles.
In the washer was just bedding. I think I had a thread about it, it was years ago.
Does dh have a seafood in bed fetish or is there some kind of underground waterway between my house and the sea.

My baby's soiled nappy

The cat, frequently. As soon as I've got the wet laundry out to hang up she's in there. We have a notice stuck on the front saying where is the cat !

A very hard poo. I'd put a load of reusable nappies on and somehow this... nugget had escaped the empty flip into the toilet. I rehashed everything but couldn't scrub my brain.

I also had to clean out the waste water pipe and pulled out what I thought was a dead mouse. It wasn't. It was a huge amount of fun fur that had come off my toddler's Chewbacca onesie.

Small bones and a used panty liner, and a child's tooth. No explanation for the small bones.

I found a Lindor egg in there yesterday. Such a waste...

A year after we moved into a new place I pulled some crap out the filter, a sock I didn't recognise and a TENA pad as well as a large quantity of purple hair (no purple hair in my family). Nobody in my family uses those.

Have also washed babies dirty nappy complete with wipes, nappy bag and an empty baby wipes packet

I found a slice of ham in the door filter bit, it stunk 🤮

A small tin of tonic helpfully popped in by my toddler. It swelled up and was rock hard but thankfully didn’t explode.

A full roll of toilet paper (that was VERY hard to get out of the machine and the clothes)

The cat

Some kind of long thin white thing - we still have no idea what it was, it was about 2ft long and slimy.

A mouse (dead). Think it had been brought in my our cat. There had been a pile of bed linen in front of the machine so must have hid in there and got scooped in. Nicely washed dead mouse lying in the rubber rim at the end of the spin cycle. Gross.

6 spiders 😂 all sadly dead but still what was they doing in there a spider party?

A cucumber! My son is constantly snacking on them... It must have been in the pocket of a hoodie! Thank god it hadn’t been tumble dried too!

A headless rabbit. We later found out that my cat used to bring them home headless.
