Tropic skincare

I've seen a few recommendations for tropic skincare.

I currently don't use any products really and feel very haggard as a result.

What products are good? Or is it just an overpriced MLM con?

I’ve used the green face mask - can’t remember it’s name sorry and really liked it, my skin felt and looked noticeably better however I found it quite expensive for my budget unfortunately!

BergamotMouse · 23/02/2020 18:55

Thanks, I have a birthday coming up and want something to make me feel better about my appearance.

You're right though - it is expensive.

I'm not sure whether to just go down the safe Liz Earle route which is a similar cost or try this stuff.

if It helps, my friend who held the tropics party as beautiful skin & makeup and she said it’s all she uses, however she will be a little biased ;)

I have tried it before and loved it. Couldn’t afford to maintain it though!

Yes. Steer clear or they'll hound you forever.

RandomMess · 23/02/2020 19:22

It's really good stuff and vegan and no artificial crap but is a MLM...

Pipandmum · 23/02/2020 19:26

I bought some tropic stuff but to be honest dont have the patience to do four different steps. I use Dive soap then boots protect and perfect serum then moisturiser. At night if nort wearing make up I just use hot face cloth. Cant tell the difference between that and any other regime I've tried.
Any moisturiser would be better than none but you don't need to go expensive.

I sell tropic. It is MLM, I wouldn't hound you forever though, that's not my style or how I run my business. If one of my customers wants something they come to me, I post on my groups and do catalogue drops but the rest is natural. Appreciate some people don't take that approach though.

Depending on your skin needs there are different products to try. I started selling after I used it as I loved it and couldn't believe how much of a difference it made to my skin. I suffer with adult acne and it's helped me hugely. If you are still considering it and want some advice then happy to help Smile

WifOfBif · 14/03/2020 10:51

I’ve used it and I loved it.

Bezalelle · 14/03/2020 12:08

MLM!

We had a seller come to a local "Ladies' Night" event. She gave her pitch, and then targeted a clearly vulnerable girl trying to get her to join her "team". Immoral behaviour.

PurpleFlower1983 · 07/03/2021 14:58

I’ve just started using Tropic after a recommendation and have found the products to be excellent. You get that spa feeling and the prices are reasonable especially if you buy a bundle. I buy direct from the website though and wouldn’t have known it was an MLM had they not asked if I had been referred by a rep.

murbblurb · 07/03/2021 15:34

I very much doubt you look 'haggard'. If you do, no slap or smell will change that. Being happier will and I hope you have the opportunity.

As evidenced by all the 'famous for nothing' reality stars, inch thick makeup and products still means looking rough as guts if you do the 'recently lobotomised' face.

dotdashdashdash · 07/03/2021 16:59

It's an MLM and because of that I won't touch it.

Which is rubbish because it's supposed to be really good!
