I'm sat at the Hellish soft play with a coffee, while dc run around and burn some energy off. Then I'll be getting a McDonald's on the way home.

What are you all doing?

Froq · 21/02/2020 15:39

Trying to get away from my own face.

(Sinusitis)

Ispy123 · 21/02/2020 15:40

Sitting on my childrens bed trying to muster the energy to change it.

BreakHerOffAKitKat · 21/02/2020 15:41

Laying in bed next to DD4 who has finally fallen asleep after a non stop vomit show that started last night and shoes little sign of stopping.

iamabox · 21/02/2020 15:41

Sitting the very windy back garden to get 5 minutes of peace from my DS, who is driving me mad with his constant gibberish...

BreakHerOffAKitKat · 21/02/2020 15:41

Shows not shoes 🤦‍♀️

OkMaybeNot · 21/02/2020 15:41

Sat on my sofa under a blanket. Hips are aching as part of the package that is raging PMS.

Kids are all chilling with screens. Cosy.

zebrapig · 21/02/2020 15:42

Sat in recovery with DS after his second stage orchidopexy.

Nuttyaboutnutella · 21/02/2020 15:46

Attempting to clean the house while my toddler goes behind me covering everything with sticky hands and my 9 month old empties everything (laundry basket, drawers, toys etc). Interspersed with bottle feeds, giving DS snacks & drinks and refereeing the two of them Hmm Grin

I'm also not feeling great. I've just made a cup of coffee and having 5 minutes then need to start tidying the house that they've trashed.

Nice hot bath, a book and g&t on the cards for tonight Gin

GirlInterrupted · 21/02/2020 15:47

Smoke break at work, feck it's cold ❄️

Gorbie · 21/02/2020 15:47

Just had a cuppa while Miss 4 and 1 watch hey duggee. We've been to Morrisons then soft play while it was quiet as we were there for 9.30, home for lunch and littlest ones nap, done some washing and ironing. Been to the park just for 1/2 hour, now chilling before gymnastics at 6. Mr 13 is Xboxing upstairs but he has hoovered upstairs and downstairs and tidied his room

doubleshotespresso · 21/02/2020 15:48

Still shaking after my 5 year olds (SN) violent meltdown - she's fine now but this week has taken me to levels I really hope few others understand!
I'm so broken and trying to paint a face on that everything is fine for when DO gets home but I think it'll be a fail on that front this evening I'm broken (as is my coffee machine 🙈)

ChubbyMummy12 · 21/02/2020 15:48

Oh no I hope all you poorly ones feel better soon! WineCake

Rocking my 15 week old fosterling to comfort him while watching CBeebies with our 3 year old fosterling, the baby was born addicted and has had a tough time. The puppy is asleep by the log burner and I am looking forward to DP coming home so I can go for a wee without returning to a distraught baby.

ChubbyMummy12 · 21/02/2020 15:53

@doubleshotespresso ds (8) is currently going through a diagnosis so I 100% relate! It's bloody tough, half term has been horrific here. GinThanks

@doubleshotespresso Flowers Cake and Wine for you, in a former life I worked in a special school I was in the nursery and key stage 1 classes and saw meltdowns like that on a daily basis. We staff always had the utmost admiration for the parents who did it day in, day out, we always said that we got to go home at the end of the day. Parents don't get that option.

Lipperfromchipper · 21/02/2020 16:08

In a hotel room having a rest before getting ready for dinner... but my massage and facial have left me floating and lazy 😂

FiveGoMadInDorset · 21/02/2020 16:10

Sitting at an airport waiting to go home, hats off to you @bloodywhitecat, must be hell to detox when you can't say anything

Dontstepinthecowpat · 21/02/2020 16:12

Sitting with a sleeping 2 year old for me. Horrendous time to nap but I don’t care as I’m off out tonight!

itsgettingweird · 21/02/2020 16:12

Whitecat Thanks

I'm sat here in my dressing gown having had a bath. Ds (15) is on computer.

I'm also cooking dinner and Mning whilst it's in oven before taking him for 2 hours swim training this evening and back for 7am for more training!

MadisonAvenue · 21/02/2020 16:18

I’m just about to start hoovering, I’ve cleaned the house from top to bottom today in case our son’s girlfriend’s parents come in after we’ve been for a meal tonight. It wasn’t dirty to start with but even so.

samandpoppysmummy · 21/02/2020 16:23

At the Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead watching my son having his second ski lesson before his school trip. The lesson is two and a half hours long and I am very, very bored with 40 minutes still to go. There are too many in the group and he only seems to get a turn every 10 minutes.
