Will writing

I have been thinking about getting a will written for myself and husband.

He has one already but it doesn't include me or our daughter, it was written before we met.

I've seen some advertised on Groupon, anyone got any experience with these?

Any advice of things to mention/include?

If his will was written before you were married and wasn't written specifically in contemplation of marriage (with specific wording to say so) then it will be invalid

No I don't think it would have included any indication of marriage. I can check later though.

So we have a daughter together. We own a house, both on the mortgage. Have 2 cars.
