I have 13 years optical experience in a independent practice. I find managing the admin a never ending task and was wondering if there would be scope to outsource to a virtual assistant to free up time/staff in practice?
To be clear this is something I am think of setting up myself but unsure if I’m onto something or if it’s a potential waste of time! Views from those in the know would be welcome
