Keeping soup hot for lunch solutions

Is there such a thing as a tuppaware for soup so I could take it for lunch but have it hot? I am often out and about for lunch but no where to heat it up. But trying to be healthier!

You can get food flasks for exactly this - have a look on Amazon or in a bit supermarket or cook shop. An insulated coffee cup would probably work too...

Thermos make a soup sized wide neck thermos flask. It really does work.

Another vote for the Thermos food flasks. DD takes hot pasta dishes to school for lunch and assures me that it is still piping hot when she eats it. The secret is pre-heating the flask properly.

Agree re the thermos food flask. Use boiling water to preheat the flask and then fill it with the hot soup. I find heating the soup on the hob gets it hotter than the microwave but my microwave is crap

Agree with all the above. DS also looooooves pasta in tomato sauce in his so you don’t have to stick with just soup!

There's a food flask in Asda for £8. It comes complete with spoon

I would go for a good one like the one you link to, or a Pioneer, rather than a cheap one which might leak. My kids take hot soup in Pioneer flasks to school for lunch and they work really well.

We have the thermos flasks. Put pasta, soup, casserole etc in there.

Agree with heating up with water first. And make sure food is piping hot before putting it in. Mine keeps it hot for about 6 hours. In fact it's still too hot to eat when I open it and it needs to cool off.

I have that flask and it's great.
PS you can also put porridge in it.

I have that flask too, but I think you have to be sure to fill them up not just to halfway or they cool down a lot faster. They're great!

I have the one you linked too (or very similar, def thermos) and a Chilly's one. Both great.
Remember to ore heat the flask before use and also fill it nearly to the top - both will help to ensure it's still piping hot at lunch time.

DD has that very flask for school lunches, works really well. I do the boiling water thing to heat it up. According to her it's still plenty warm enough at lunch.

The thermos is amazing. The paint came off mine in dishwasher, so now it's silver not red. Still looks perfect though. Used 100s of times
