I have a big birthday coming up and would like to look at a holiday to please all members of the family.

I'm trying to find a holiday that does good water sports programme for the husband and kids but also offers a bit of lux for me, think Pilates and massage.
Sand or stony beach is okay but trying to avoid Mark Warner or Neilson as I've looked at these holidays already. Happy to try new areas, never been to Croatia or Ibiza?
Travelling in August.
