Cheesecake recipe - must taste amazing

Ever since becoming pregnant with #2 I’ve been craving cheesecake

I’ve bought supermarket ones from Coop, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose and they just haven’t been amazing.

I had a really lovely slice from IKEA but I’m not close enough to IKEA to go every day.

Are they difficult to make?

I think it needs to be a baked cheesecake based on my taste tests

DD sent me a photo of a cheesecake a colleague of hers shared at work. Definitely baked - and it had meringue on top!!

I'm rubbish at links....The Nigella nutella and hazlenut cheesecake is easy and delicious.

My husband made Gordon Ramsay’s baked cheesecake with raspberries, I think it’s from his ultimate cookery course book? It’s was very good.

I make this one, don't bother with the topping. Not let me down yet
