Curious as pancake day is coming up (next week)... but when does everyone have their pancakes?

Me and my OH moved in together a few months ago and I asked him what kind of pancakes he wants for dinner and he thought it was so weird we have pancakes for dinner and he only had them in the morning.

So when does everyone else have their pancakes for pancake day?

as a kid we had them for pudding at dinner time, thin large with lemon and sugar.

Nowadays we eat them a lot as dh is dutch and dutch pancakes are a thing.
usually still large and thin (although he likes them more dutch style, thicker and with cheese in)
But we may have them for dinner, cheese thick ones first and then thin sweet ones for pudding.

We have them for dinner in the evening, but as we all possess healthy appetites they are followed up with a substantial supper.
