I've fixed so many crowns over the last couple of days my superglue has run out

It just seems to be an opportunity for people to share another photo of themselves in a bid to fish for likes.

I think if we want to lift our friends up and "fix crowns" go and see them. Call in for a cuppa, phone them - actually exercise some care and effort directed towards them rather than tagging them in some menial post with another 10 females.

I have been tagged in 10 of the stupid things today alone. I'm studiously ignoring them all.

I am sickened by the narrative accompanying them - whether or not the allegations of DV would have been proven in court in this case is largely irrelevant it's the fact that so many people seem to be so openly excusing a potential da (maybe they were both drunk, maybe he'd annoyed her in some way, she thought he'd been.cheati g on her, he should never have phoned the police...) The narrative that this is spreading about the seriousness of dv, about how society considers the victim to be at fault or to blame has shocked me. As I say, no.matter what the facts of this 1.case are the attitudes that are being expressed and shared about DV really need addressing.

This has been all over my Facebook today and has given me the proper rage. It's supposed to be about building each other up but the message "don't take offence if I didn't tag you" makes me gip!! If it was about building people up then no-one would be excluded. I couldn't care less but it does worry me that others who might feel hurt by this exclusion could be the very vulnerable ones that this post is supposed to empower. As others have said it's just another "look at my photo, am I not amazing" load of balls! Breathes out and heads back to fridge for wine moves on
