Thanks all. I had most of it, so much for dieting.

May run it off now or not.

OP posts:
Trahira · 19/02/2020 18:35

I'd guess 700

managedmis · 19/02/2020 18:38

Do you know, op, or are you just teasing us?

RitaMills · 19/02/2020 18:57

Equivalent of 3 oreos inc base - 180 cals
Whipped cream, let’s say 40ml - 160 cals
Butter in the base - 70 cals
Cream cheese, full fat, 8tbs - 320 cals
Icing sugar in cream cheese filling 30g - 120 cals
Choc sauce - 50 cals

So round it up to around 900 cals give or take.

Hope you enjoyed it and don’t give yourself a hard time. Start again tomorrow and accept that there will be days you won’t always stick to your diet, losing weight can be hard and most people will have their bad days.

Janemarpling · 19/02/2020 18:58

I don't know. I was just wondering how far I would have to run to burn it off.

1,000 kcal. So, umm, 20km run?

MadamBatty · 19/02/2020 19:54

Run it off? 3 hours?

Janemarpling · 19/02/2020 20:10

My fitbit says I burn 900 running for about 1h20 . Hope it isn't lying to me.Angry

Bluntness100 · 19/02/2020 20:15

On average folks burn 100 calories a mile running, clearly that depends on whether you are in fact running and not jogging gently.

As such you're probably looking at a nine mile run to burn it off. Longer if you're more doing a slower jog.

ragged · 19/02/2020 20:31

450-600 on the cake...
Calories on the fitbit: I'd burn no more than 650 for that duration run. You're obviously much younger & much faster than me, OP!

Booksandwine80 · 19/02/2020 21:42

What a weird post Confused

Janemarpling · 20/02/2020 10:52

Really ? I just wanted to know the calories in a food that isn't easily available on google.

People think and ask every day in real life.

OP posts:
MashedSpud · 20/02/2020 10:57

The Oreo has 40 calories, the cheesecake probably 700-800.

DownWhichOfLate · 20/02/2020 11:36

But did you run?

Janemarpling · 20/02/2020 11:51

No 🙈I am going to do 6 miles tonight.

youngestisapsycho · 20/02/2020 12:06

I looked that oreo cheescake up on WW app once... it was about 32 points.. my daily allowance was only 24!

Damntheman · 20/02/2020 12:24

I burn about 360 kc running 5km, but admittedly I find the steepest hills I can and murder myself interval training. I couldn't keep that up for 1.5 hours :p

Don't worry about it OP. A treat day is fine, it's only a problem if it becomes a regular thing. Just enjoy yourself and stick to your regular routine.
