Do you do an evening class/hobby?

My mental health is really poor right now. SAHM to two small children, nearly 3 and 9 months. Unable to go back to work at the moment as my eldest had ASD (diagnosed) and needs me a lot right now, plus he's starting school soon.

Been talking to my partner and I need an outlet in the evenings, even just once a week, just for myself. How do I even go about finding adult classes?

Don't even know what I'd want to do, I just need something.
If you have an evening hobby/class, what is it? Looking for inspiration/ideas Smile

If you didn't get a C in Maths or English at GCSE it's free to do.

I don't do this but a friend absolutely swears by her choir. She really feels her mental health is lifted by singing in a group.

I am on the lookout for a local running group for unfit folk Grin

I play netball twice a week. I love it.

Thanks all for the suggestions, will look into them. Singing probably wouldn't be good though -- I'd empty the room with my voice Grin

Have you got a Fitmums group near you? Very supportive, running/walking group.

Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, other fitness classes and knitting, crochet and cross stitch.
