Parental guilt

I have never felt parental guilt before but we are now day 2 of me feeling absolutely awful with a heavy cold and terrible cough. Day 2 of not leaving the house, and watching films all day. My daughter is an angel but I just feel terrible for not going anything. I am a SAHM and have been lucky not to be too ill this winter but this cold has floored me. We are usually out doing something every day, the sun is shining and I just haven't got the energy to even brush my hair 😢

Don't know what anyone can do really just needed to vent.

PG is awful and can make the smallest thing feel like such a big deal when it isn't. You are Ill, rest and just accept it. My DC love a couple of days snuggled up at home, get a pic nic blanket down and easy finger food and have an indoor pic nic

I got a bug that made me so ill I had to teach my 2 year old how to use the dvd player/remotes! She actually really enjoyed looking after me, she's such a sweet little girl (99% of the time Wink)
