Is it possible that I can resit my maths in college without doing a actual course?

Start with the exam board e.g AQA - from here you can find the centres running GCSE Maths (sorry guessing GCSE). The list will also have information on centres taking independent candidates. Very likely your local college - final entries tend to be February - so contact the exams office and ask.
