Does your 3 year old sleep through?

Just that really

I co-sleep with 3 year old DS. He stirs 3 or 4 times a night and I cuddle him until he falls back to sleep.

It's not a problem for me but I just wondered if it was normal/common. Otherwise sleeps 7pm-7am

Until she was 2.5, DD2 coslept and breastfed 2-3 times a night. We moved when she was 2.5, she got excited about her new bedroom (shared with 4yo sister) and we rarely saw her at night after that. Went through some night terrors at 3.5, but we couldn't cuddle her then, although she wanted to be in our bed, because she would freak out at being touched until she was properly awake.

DD1... Started sleeping through at around 2yo? I've blocked out the exhaustion I think, since we were cosleeping with both of them for quite a while! (Year and half age gap(

Nobody actually sleeps through. Everyone stirs a bit between sleep cycles, it's just whether you wake up fully or not and whether you remember it.
My older one needed our intervention to get back to sleep until 3.5 when we did a variation of sleep training (aka a mix of blatant bribery and wearing him out swimming). DD slept through, by which I mean didn't disturb us, fairly consistently from 2.5 but had a phase lately of waking up and coming into our room, which again we cured with bribery. If either of them has a nightmare or is ill they still sleep with us though.

Yes all four have slept through in their own beds since before 2.

Mine is 3.5 and sleeps all night mostly. Sometimes she'll get up in the night to pee. Bed at 6pm, up at 6.45 on a week day. Weekend nights she goes to bed at 6.30/7 and won't wake me until 9am (although I'm pretty sure she's awake from 7am playing quietly in her room. Dream!

I don't cosleep though, and never had. My kids were both in their own rooms within days of birth.

Mine is 3.10 and still regularly wakes in the night, dh goes and sleeps in her bed. She has spells where she sleeps through every other night then when poorly (all the time at the moment) wakes every night. She's not motivated by reward charts etc and we havent left her to cry as didn't want her to wake older sister. Signs are good that she'll start sleeping through more regularly once the winter colds are done with. Older sister slept through from much younger, not all children are the same. I struggle to get back to sleep when I wake in the night so seems like a very normal thing really.

We co sleep with 3 yr old. She doesn't wake up every night. Occasionally she wants a wee (dry at night) or a drink or just to move over but I don't fully wake since she is right next to me.

On the other hand I also have 2 teenagers that now barely wake up before 12 on a weekend....swings and rounds outs. I love co sleeping. It breeds healthy sleep.

Yes mine does, she sleeps in my bed sometimes too, she'll get up to go to the toilet and then go back again.
