when did the next one come?

My cycle is fairly regular, 28-30 days. Last month my period came on day 21, the flow was exactly like my usual period. Mentioned to my gp when there for another issue who just said it’s one of those things 🤷🏻‍♀️

Now wondering when to expect the next one. I’m on day 30 now and no sign yet. Have taken a pregnancy test and it’s negative. Is it a thing that it’ll be an extra week late to get back on track? That’s the only explanation I can think of!

This happened to me a while back. whe subsequent period started 28 days (my normal cycle length) after the early period.
