Copper coil swabs stds

Hi everyone
Looking for some advice please cos I'm panicking .
Me and my partner broke up last year when I was pregnant. We.re always fairly turbulent.
Throughout the pregnancy we remained in touch with him sometimes calling over.
And after the pregnancy he stayed maybe 2 or 3 nights weekly.
Now the babys 9 month old he stays every night but does not live here.(we also have a 4 year old daughter).
Something tells me not to trust him.
We broke up several times before over his hiding of phone etc..
I also found stuff one night on his laptop , pirn sites , dating sites .
Emails from porn sites he had subscribed to.

My question is .
I had the copper coil fitted last friday as emergency contraceptive control.
The doctor normally does swabs first, but because it was an emergency said shed go ahead without the swab results.
Earlier I missed a call from my doctor.
She left a voicemail saying regarding my swabs would i give her a call tomorrow.
Now i was tested for stds at start of my pregnancy and all were negative.
So what does that mean ???
Was he with someone else?????
Would the doctor still ring if swabs were clear???
Hes out the door for good if I've caught something from him !!!!
I mite add hes got the best of both worlds
When the going gets tough here with the 2 kids he makes excuses to call to his mams and disappears for hours.

Just call the Dr's back surely? Then you'd know. FYI they probably wont give you results over the phone, if there's anything wrong you'll be asked to make an appointment.

They were closed when I rang back
Would they still ring if all was clear??

Could be several things, yes it might be positive for something, but theres loads of other explanations.

The swabs may have been mislabelled so the lab would have discarded them. They might have lost the swabs. The swabs might have been compromised, ie another sample got spilled over them. The results may be invalid due to machine error. Please try not to worry untill you speak to them.
