New York with a four year old?

Has anybody done this? I'm debating whether to go with my dd and mother but I'm concerned it will be a nightmare! Jet lag, all the walking(defo taking a buggy!)
I've been before, seen everything I want to see want to do kid things and shop!
Would love to hear from people who've done this and their experiences or should I just wait a few years?
Thanks

I think the influencer life with ivy coco went at Christmas with her four year old. Might give you some ideas what to do.

We went when dd was 5 or 6, and our friends with us had dd aged 3 and 5/6 too.

We've taken dd on long haul holidays since she was 2.

New York is easy in many ways when it comes to jet lag etc as it's always open. You can get up early and still do lots.

There is loads to do with a little one in NYC.
