Anyone done it?
If so for how long and how much did you loose?
I'm considering it as a kick start

it works as much as just not eating much and restricting calories in any other way would work yes. not the most fun diet but theres no thinking needed. I lost a bit but couldnt stand doing it for very long so ended up putting most of it back on. better to just adjust your normal food portions and quality of meals.

It works until you don’t do it anymore.

It has its place in a pinch, my friend used it to squeeze into a bridesmaids dress that couldn’t be altered but it’s absolutely not a sustainable method of wait loss.

It didn't for me. Slimming world did though.
Slim fast I think was too sugary. Also it's not a longterm diet so the weight will come straight back on afterwards. Really a diet should just be healthy eating which is a bit stricter on the weeks you want to be losing weight.

I dropped 15lbs (down to under 8 stone) on the slimming world one in about 4 months (didn't stick to it at least 1/3 of the time). Was losing 2lbs per week on an easy week (one week I lost 4). Just healthy eating really.

I found the group sessions helped to as you were less likely to slip up knowing that you had a target to meet in front of others xD

Slim fast might be ok for a crash diet though...

As a quick fix, if you stick to it then sure. As a kick start to greater weight loss you need a good exit strategy that works and you’ll stick to.
