Does this happen when you are going to cry?

We're watching Deadwater Fell.

The first episode is very emotional and I have cried a lot.

My fingertips always tingle when I am going to cry, like little tingles shooting up my hands to my fingertips.

Does this happen to anyone else, or is it just a quirk of mine?

(And OMG what an opening episode 😭)

That doesn’t happen to me but I do get painful prickles in my nose. Don’t think that’s anything unusual though.
