Present for friend's 30th?

Can anyone give me any suggestions? Female friend turns 30 soon and I have no idea what to get her. Budget c. £30-35. She's married, has no children, has 2 dogs. I asked her husband if there was anything she'd like but he was no help. Can't ask her as she doesn't know we'll see her (big surprise party being planned). She's been on a big diet so nothing food-related... flowers/gift voucher feel impersonal. Help?

Chanel compact mirror. About £30 and come packaged really nicely in a velvet pouch and Chanel bag.

Radley purse - she might like the dog motif! I don't know how much the smaller ones are.

For my 30th my friends bought me a beautiful bracelet from not on the high street and it's got the names of the 3 people in my family engraved into it. I love it and wear it almost every day. Maybe for her it would work with her first name, husband's first name and then their surname or something (you mentioned she has no children).

Loved the idea of the Radley purse but having looked into it they're way out of budget. (Their latest nice purse release which conveniently has a cake party on it as well as dogs is c. £80!) I am the least 'girly' woman ever so I would feel really daft buying a compact mirror (I don't own one or wear makeup, she'd think I'd had a personality transplant.) Any other ideas? Sad
