Okay, I am a complete Luddite.
My DS aged 10 saved up his christmas and birthday money and bought himself a Samsung galaxy tablet.
His gmail account is registered to this device.
I set up a family link so that I have control over the device in my own gmail account- but on my laptop.
I am trying to allow him to download an app which is paid for. It says that you have to go into your google play apps and your familylibrary etc. I am trying, but because it is on his device, it seems that he cannot log out and I log in to have my account registered to that device (if that makes sense?).
I am massively confused. He is distraught. Our Saturday monring is not going well!
I have to say- i do not have any fancy phones and only an old laptop so I really do not have alot of expertise. I have googled how to do it, and youtubed it but it seems because he is on a supervision lock I cannot overrride it on his actual device.
Not sure any of that makes sense.....
