Has anyone has problems with a delivery from DHL and had success sorting it out?
I missed a delivery on the 8th. Arranged to pick it up at my parcel shop on the 10th. They decided to ignore that and try and deliver it to my house again. Of course I wasnt in. Finally managed to get it to the parcel shop on the 13th but they haven't sent me a collection code so I still can't pick it up. I've attempted to have it resent via a link on their website but its not working. Looking at their Twitter feed its a reoccurring issue.
I'm at a loss at what else i can do apart from tweet, or send another message via their website. Their number doesnt allow you to speak to anyone and their automated system isnt recognising my tracking number, saying its because it's been a while since the 1st delivery attempt...no shit Sherlock!!
