Cooking a chicken & mushroom recipe but it needs wine however it's got to be suitable for a baby. What could I use instead?

Some of the alcohol burns off, but it's a myth that all the alcohol evaporates in a couple of minutes.

However, it will be such a small amount I wouldn't worry.

The Coop do non-alcoholic wine for cooking, probably better than stock cubes if you're cooking for a baby because the latter have quite a lot of salt.
