Soya alergy/intolerance

Does anyone have an intolerance to soya and what symptoms do you have?

I have found that the last couple of times I have had soya in the form of a meat substitute (one was some fake chicken pieces, one was a sausage) I have almost as soon as swallowing it had a sudden severe headache at the front of my head ans then overwhleming nausea such that I've had to put down my dinner run to the loo and be sick. Once I have vomited the head ache starts to subside and is gone in about half an hour.

I've looked up symptoms and nausea is one of them, though headache not mentioned. It comes on so quickly it feels very weird.
Also I have no reaction to eating soya products like tofu, or with other legumes/pulses (I eat a fair amount of these as I am veggie) it is only the fake meat stuff.

I am allergic to fish and shell fish (again not really a problem as I am veggie - but I have to check medicines for fish ingredients) but this takes the form of my throat swelling up so I can't breathe properly. Would this make an allergy to other things more likely?
