Primary admissions- deadline for SIF forms

Deadline for primary admissions was 15th January. When is the deadline for submitting the SIF forms (with baptism certificate and other relevant documents)?

It will depend on the school. Ours was the same date do you may be too late.

Ours was an academy so we had to take everything to the school.

Yes it’s the school since they’re the one requesting it. Ours was a few days after the deadline.
