Homemade Valentines is fine. My 6yo dd has made one for me and one for her best friend.

I think its becoming more of a thing amongst kids. I had a customer request a valentines design for her 2 kids to gift to their "boyfriends". It was quite sweet really

Yep, I'm In Canada and at primary school & pre school most of the kids give Valentine's to the whole class. We are off school tomorrow so they did it today. My youngest two both came home with a bag of cards, gifts & candy and assorted plastic crap. It's done as a friendship thing rather than romantic

My 7yo DS made one for his babysitter. He adores her. It’s sweet. It’s just saying I love you, what’s wrong with that?

My 5 year old has given some to her friends, I told her Valentine's Day is a day to show the people you love that you love them and she said she loves her friends so why not?

My five year old made one for a boy in her class and he sent one back. They see grown ups giving cards to people they love and just want to do the same.

Only if he wanted to but I wouldn't make him.

He made me a card at Beavers.
