Hi,
DS has two offers at lovely Independent School in close proximity a successful 11+ try. Also waiting to hear on national offer day if he got Sutton Grammar. He's not brilliant at Sport, but enjoy it and the same with music. Which would go for, without overthinking it(like I am currently)?

What's wrong with the free one?

Or conversely, what extras do you get by paying?

What was your gut feeling when you have visited both? Which one has the ethos that best fits your family's?
Do either of them offer anything by way of subject and/or extra curricular that would really benefit your DS?

Is the money significant to you, or a mere drop in the ocean?

If it is significant, is it really the best way to spend it, or would it be better used on top up tutoring, foreign travel, university or house deposit?
