New build house

Bought a new build house and moved in May 2019. It had been stood empty for months as had been previously reserved but the buyers couldn’t sell theirs so house sale didn’t proceed.
Moved in last May and after a few days noticed a horrid sewage smell.
I assumed this was because the house had been stood empty for months.

Anyway the smell didn’t go away and I informed the builders who told me it’s because the house had been stood empty.
To cut a long story short, smell didn’t go, numerous complaints later the company send a plumber who hacks three large holes in the wall of my downstairs toilet and tells me he doesn’t know what the problem is. I complain again, take more time of work, tradesmen don’t turn up. They then send the same plumber who tells me he doesn’t know where the smell is from.
So back and forth and 9 months later, still hideous stench in toilet and utility room, sometimes the whole house stinks like rotten eggs.
Keep phoning house builder and they eventually send out a drain company who used a camera to source the problem. Told by CEO they’d keep me updated. 4 weeks on and still the stench and not heard a thing from the company.
I had someone take a look down the drain cover in my front garden and he’s said it looks like they’ve build it wrong and the water is stagnating as the pipes are laid incorrectly.
I’m at my wits’ end.
Any suggestions.
😫😫😫😩😩😢😡

Get the nhbc involved. That's what I would do. You should have a 10 year warranty with them and they can resolve any problems with your house builder. Also when you had a survey on the house did anything show up.
