DH and I having a tough time. But that aside we thought we would get into the spirit of things and cook for each other Friday night. (Yes I know)
But I need some menu ideas .... I'm working in the city so won't be home until after 6. DH WFH so has more flexibility. We've agreed to split the cooking -
DH - main
Me - pudding and started.
Feeling really uninspired.......
DH has suggested lamb rump with courgette moussaka. (Yum)
So far I thought I'd cheat and pick up amazing deserts from the French bakers

www.lebonchoixbakery.com.au/m-e-n-u

And maybe Scallops.
But feel that's a bit lame ! HELP

So go to M&S!

God I couldn’t be arsed (especially if not getting in from work til 6)!
Go out or get a takeaway!

You could make some chocolate fondants and freeze them, then cook from frozen. There's a recipe on the BBC website here: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/chocolate-fondant
