Clothes shopping for DD (10)

I’m looking for some ideas for clothes shopping for DD (10), in year 5.

I usually buy her Boden stuff, but I think she’s a bit beyond their kidswear, it seems a bit young for her. Any recommendations gratefully received.

H&M and Tesco F&F are reasonably priced and Zara and River Island for occasion clothing

Depends to some extent on what your daughter likes?

I’d say she’s quite girly and conventional in her clothing. She is loving scrunchies and Alice bands at the moment, which I thought would never come back round!

M&S occasionally have decent stuff. Good range of funky leggings over the last year or so.
H&M, Primark, some of the above too.
My DD quite likes slogan type tops, so has a couple with bands she's been to see, or funny book/sing references.
I'm finding her much cheaper to dress now I'm over my Boden fixation.

My daughter is 9 also year 5 and I'm feeling the same about boden. I'm buying dresses and playsuits in the summer from monsoon, but also tommy Hilfiger, hype (do some nice 'cool' dresses and dungarees. Just got her a few lacoste polo dresses. Also some Adidas leggings and hoodies. Amazon and tk maxx are brilliant for finding good brands at cheaper prices.

My 10 yo DD likes H&M for a lot of her clothes. Some things in New Look are good others not so much. M&S is worth a look-DD has a couple of pairs of camo leggings from there she loves.
Zara has some nice stuff but I have found some things don't wash too well.
My issue is my DD needs 12-13 or 13-14 so has grown out of a few shops!

Dd1 sounds similar - quite trad/girly although does have a worrying penchant for wearing hot pants/tiny skirts if I don't reign her in.

New look, H&M and primark mostly. She is tall and skinny and H&M especially cut well for her.

Dd2 is much more sporty and she likes primark and some bits from m&s. My friend recommended the Adidas outlet online for bargain sporty stuff.

H&M, adidas, Zara, river island and primark. Occasionally next.

Thank you all - great suggestions and looking forward to checking all these out with her ☺️
