Quick boundary question

Am I right in thinking our boundary (bolded one) is the right hand side as you look at the property from the street?

Some fencing has come down in this wind so wanted to double check if it was ours before sorting.

Thanks!

When you are inside your house and facing towards your front door you are responsible for every fence on your left hand side (so yes, looking at the photo we are looking at the right)

According to this you are responsible to the fence on the rear and in the right as indicated by the ‘T’ on the boundary diagram

Thank you, this is what we thought. The fence was already here when we moved in a few years ago, we don’t speak to the neighbour on the other side of this fence (many many issues) so it’s not something that we can discuss.

Are we well within our rights to just assume the fence is ours and we can take it down and replace it? What if it’s our boundary but they erected the fence (I don’t think they did erect the fence but I’m thinking of possibilities) Does it then become ours as we are responsible for it so again can replace at our will?

I’m sorry - I don’t know the answers to your other questions. Posters on Property/DIY are really knowledgeable though so it may be worth asking there.
