Does anyone else not get on with this? I took it last night and it didn't seem to have any effect for about 40 minutes, then all of a sudden I was very drowsy but twitchy and jumpy at the same time. Felt horrible! And this morning I feel like I have a sheep in my head Sad

I take it - usually about an hour/30 mins when I want to sleep. I'm a little bit groggy first thing but it doesn't last long (as long as it takes me to down a coffee). Never had the twitchy/jumpiness though - if I have it's because the bastard cat is slapping my face.

I used to take it years ago, but stopped. I don't generally get on with taking antihistamines. I know what you mean about a sheep on your head GrinGrinGrin. It also started giving me stomach pains.
