When did your April born DC start school?

There is another thread on here about OP wanting a mid year born DC.

My DS was born at the end of April and I'm now starting to wonder when he will start school. I can't work it out. will he be at a disadvantage to those who were born later in the year or will it work out more advantageous?

The September after he was 4.

Bizarrely he was one of the oldest in his school year at primary school. He’s been fine, passed the 11+ etc.
