Birthday gift ideas for DD3?

Does anyone have any suggestions of what my BiL can buy for DD for her 3rd birthday? I feel a bit silly asking as she's my daughter and obviously I know what she likes / dislikes but I'm really struggling to think of suggestions to give BiL.
He lives in the USA and likes to send her something from Amazon so I can't suggest money / day out / dance lesson etc. He probably spends around £40.
She loves little figures (Happyland, Playmobile, Imaginext) but she does have quite a few. Other favourite things are animals, music, singing, dancing, Peppa Pig, Disney Princesses, Play Doh etc.
DH & I have got her Duplo, a doll and a few accessories and the Happyland Zoo.
Any suggestions? Thanks

How about a toy piano/ keyboard that she can sing on my 4yo dd got it for the Christmas just after she was 3 yo and loves it.

Reading pack of books for when she is learning.
An educational thing to do with numbers.

I hate toys for gifts sake they clog everywhere up l would much rather days out.

My great nephew will be 3 in a couple of months, and I will be buying him a set of books - either the Aliens Love ....... series, or the Dinosaur That Pooped ....... series. With a matching t-shirt, or socks, or underpants.
Most 3 year olds would like a toy hoover. Or play food/kitchen equipment.
A doll. Or a doll's cot/high chair/pram.
