Dizzy and motion sickness after sleeper train?

Is this normal? My family think I’m being silly.

We went on a 12 hour sleeper train last night. Today I feel like I’m walking down the carriages still. Like the floaty/had too much to drink feeling. My head feels abit dizzy and it just feels like I’m still moving as if I’m on a boat.

Will it just go? We are going back tomorrow night 😩

I get this after long haul flights, anything more than 6 or 7 hours and I can feel the motion of the plane for a day or so afterwards. It was so bad last time I went to NY that I was actually sick about 6 hours after I landed.
It always wears off, but given you’re going back on the train, I guess you won’t feel better until a day or so after your second trip.
You’re not being silly; I hope you feel better soon.
