Are they any good? Have not used them before but they have a few things on their website I quite like. How easy is it to return items if not suitable?

I don’t know about returns but I’ve bought lots of things from Brand Alley and never had any issues. There’s normally a discount code around too.

I love them! Never returned anything mind as I only buy from brands I already know in terms of size and fit etc.

Happy with them and they are delivered by Royal Mail. The only issue I have is that they do split shipments, so you can order several things and they come separately. Not a massive problem though.

My handbag was half price. Love the stuff.

Returns put me off as you have to pay to return...so if you get a few things and it's a heavy package to send back then the money saved for whatever you do keep often isn't worth it.

That being said....if you know your size in whatever brand you buy then it can be a great discount.

I have returned an expensive handbag - it was no problem

They now offer hermes returns which are much easier. The only drawback l have found recently is that I have ordered things that couldn't be fulfilled by the end supplier which is annoying

I love them. Regularly get Elemis skincare stuff at less than half price. Had some amazing cashmere bargains too.

They're ok but returning a faulty item, they don't like to refund the return postage without being pushed. I returned a faulty bra and wrote on the returns form it was faulty and what was wrong (having been told to do so by customer services). They changed the returns reason on arrival and only refunded what I had paid minus £3.50 for the returns label. I then had to request that to be refunded. It also isn't very clear that you do have to pay for the returns label they send you in the first place when you are doing a normal return.
