Little Princess Trust - iirc you need to send them a plait tied off at both ends in a plastic bag. I think it's a seven inch plait minimum, but as you have very long hair, I doubt that'll be an issue Grin

They have an agreement whereby your donation - if not suitable - is swapped somehow and they will receive a child--sized wig in return. It costs about three hundred pounds to make each one, on top of each hair donation, so they're grateful for cash too,if anyone reading this doesn't have enough hair but wants to contribute.

As per the above, but the Little Princesses Trust have upped it to 9" now. They don't accept hair that is dyed or over certain percentage of grey iirc so check the info.

Hairdresser here! Go to princess Alice trust website and look up donations. If you donate more than 12 inches you can get a free cut done. I dont think I can say where will just say checkout the website and see where the celebrity hairdresser is working.

You can donate hair that has been coloured it needs to be in good condition, a natural colour and a permanent colour needed to be used.

Thank you! @extremity1 I can’t find princess alice trust? Having a nosey at the little princess site now. I will definitely be donating my hair! Feels good to know that I can help others and that all these years growing it won’t go to waste!

My daughter just donated 18 inches to the Little Princess Trust. It must never have been dyed, which was fine for my 13 year old but might affect adults
