Hairdressers please..what discount does your hairdressing salon give their staff?

Just that really - do you get a percentage off - does it depend on your grade - do the Saturday staff get the same discount?

I've never worked in a hairdressers but as a customer I would have thought they all get free haircuts/colour etc? Don't they just do it for each other?
